Postdoctoral remuneration and benefits:
(1) The postdoctoral employment period is two years, with a comprehensive annual salary starting from 330000 yuan (including living allowances for postdoctoral fellows in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City), and participation in social insurance and housing provident fund in accordance with relevant regulations of Shenzhen City. Postdoctoral welfare expenses shall be distributed in accordance with the standards of the school's faculty and staff. Specially outstanding candidates can apply for the President's Outstanding Postdoctoral Program, with an annual salary of over 500000 yuan. (including living allowance for postdoctoral fellows in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City).
(2) Guangdong Province provides a living allowance of 300000 yuan (pre tax) per eligible postdoctoral fellow, while Shenzhen City provides a living allowance of 120000 yuan (pre tax) per eligible postdoctoral fellow, with a funding period of 24 months.
(3) During the station period, postdoctoral fellows can apply for public rental housing in Shenzhen by relying on their schools. Postdoctoral fellows who do not rely on their schools to use public rental housing in Shenzhen can enjoy a housing subsidy of 2800 yuan/month before tax for two years.
(4) Having excellent working environment and opportunities for domestic and international cooperation and exchange, postdoctoral fellows enjoy a total of 25000 academic exchange funds for two years during their tenure at the station.
(5) The research group assists eligible postdoctoral fellows in applying for postdoctoral talent programs. If successfully applied, a maximum subsidy of 1 million yuan can be enjoyed (different from the living allowance for postdoctoral fellows in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City).
(6) For postdoctoral fellows who stay (come) to work full-time in Shenzhen within 6 months after leaving the station and sign labor (employment) contracts with enterprises and institutions for more than 3 years, the Shenzhen Municipal Government will provide a living allowance of 360000 yuan per person for leaving the station and coming to Shenzhen (subject to the latest application requirements in Shenzhen).
(7) Outstanding postdoctoral personnel who have received support from the Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program or the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation during their tenure, and have signed a labor (employment) contract with the city for more than 3 years within 6 months after leaving the station, will receive 1:1 funding support from the Shenzhen Municipal Government in accordance with national funding standards, with a maximum of 300000 yuan (subject to the latest application requirements of Shenzhen).
(8) For those who have won the gold, silver, or bronze awards in the National or Guangdong Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and have signed a labor (employment) contract with this city for more than 3 years within 6 months after leaving the station, the Shenzhen Municipal Government will provide a 1:1 innovation and entrepreneurship reward according to the national and provincial reward amount, with a maximum of 200000 yuan (subject to the latest application requirements of Shenzhen City).
(10) According to Article 39 of the "Regulations on the Management of Postdoctoral Work in Shenzhen", funded projects under this regulation are not eligible for the same living allowance (100000 yuan) as newly introduced doctoral talents in Shenzhen.
